300 Club FAQ's

The Idea...
Members of Belton Park G.C. are invited to participate in a new initiative being launched by ... the BP 300 Club. The purpose of this club is two fold....firstly to raise funds to support the drainage of our greens, and secondly to give members the opportunity to win cash prizes each month, and once a year, win a free years subs to Belton Park Golf Club.

Despite the work carried out over the past five years to combat the flooding of greens during periods of heavy and persistent rain, some of the greens are still prone to flooding and draining slowly. In accordance with the recommendations from PJA, the consultant who visited our course 3 months ago, the most prone greens have been identified and it is intended to install a piped drainage system to alleviate the problem. This is a tried and tested system that would cause minimal disruption but create maximum benefits. The proceeds from the 300 Club will be focused upon this specific project.

Rules & Regulations

The club runs on a yearly basis. Participants purchase a number which is placed in a draw every month, There will be an additional draw for free subs in December.
Numbers cost £20 each per year.
The draw will be made on the first Wednesday of each month at 10.30am in the Clubhouse.
Three numbers are drawn from the ballot and the owners are awarded cash prizes. 1st prize - £100, 2nd prize - £30 and 3rd prize - £20.
The free subs will be drawn at the annual New Years Eve party. If the free subs prize is won by anyone who is not a full fee paying member, he or she will be given a cash equivalent.
50% of all takings are allocated to the cash prize fund. The remaining 50% goes towards the improved drainage of the greens fund.
Membership is restricted to members of Belton Park golf club.
Members may purchase as many numbers as they desire.
Anyone 16 or over may purchase a ticket.
Numbers will be issued by the General manager.
Winners will be notified by email or phone and the results will be posted on the notice board and on the members Section of the BP website.
The first draw will take place on 31st December 2009.
Closing date for entry is 30th November 2009.

How To Enter...
To participate in the 300 club....costs only £20 per annum, payable in one sum each year by Nov 30th. Each month, a draw will be made in the Clubhouse...first prize £100, second prize £30, third prize £20. Once per annum...at the New Years Eve party, there will be a draw where 2 members will win free annual subscriptions to BP Golf Club.

To join, please use one of the following methods...
1. Complete the Direct Debit form, which is available by clicking the link below. Please advise the office of your participation
2. Complete the application form overleaf, see link below, and hand it in with your cash/cheque to the office.
3. Pay using your Club loyalty card in the Clubhouse.
